2021 Summary – Dan Walner Real Estate

The 2021 real estate market was fast paced and competitive – I feel fortunate to have assisted a number of clients in successfully buying or selling their homes.  I continue to love working on both sides of the Caldecott Tunnel and helping clients with their East Bay real estate needs.  Here are some high level statistics for me in 2021:

  • 24 home sales or purchases representing $51.6M
    • 13 Listings | 11 Buyers
    • 14 transactions in Contra Costa ($23.3M)
    • 10 transactions in Alameda County ($28.3M)
    • 19 on market trades, 5 off market trades
