Welcome to Crocker Highlands

Crocker Highlands offers elegant examples of Tudor, Spanish, Arts and Crafts, Beaux Arts, and Art Deco period homes dating from the 1920s. Once served by the Key Line of electric trains, Crocker Highlands outlasted the original wooden trolley trestle, which was dismantled in 1906. Some notable homes were designed by the defining architects of the period, Julia Morgan and Bernard Maybeck. Tree-lined streets and authentic street lamps from the 1920s are laid out along the rolling hills and frame spacious, manicured lawns in a quiet neighborhood reminiscent of English garden suburbs.
